2018 ISM Forecast Strong and Robust with Few Negatives

SPECIAL REPORT - Tim Fiore, Committee Chair of the ISM's Manufacturing Report on Business(R) and Anthony Nieves, Committee Chair of the ISM's Non-Manufacturing Report on Business(R) join Manufacturing Talk Radio co-hosts Lew Weiss and Tim Grady to discuss their semi-annual forecast for 2018, which, by all indications, appears strong and robust for both sectors of the economy. Special Report: The Non-Manufacturing Report on Business Hits 57.4, Averages 57.0

Anthony Nieves, Committee Chair of the Institute for Supply Management's Non-Manufacturing Report on Business - the NMI - joined Manufacturing Talk Radio host Tim Grady to discuss the ongoing strength of the non-manufacturing sector, which comprises 88% of the U.S. economy according to the ISM. This sector has averaged 57.0 for the last 12 months and like the PMI is in a strong run of numbers above 50 for over 100 months, indicating continued sector growth since 2009.
